Our organisation was founded in loving memory of Late Ashwini Anand Bargale, so that families facing addiction or serious illness do not have to face it alone.
कै. अश्विनी आनंद बरगाले बहुउद्देशीय सेवाभावी संस्था, लातूर ही डॉ. आनंद बरगाले यांच्या कैलासवासी पत्नी कै. अश्विनी यांच्या स्मरणार्थ स्थापन करण्यात आली. त्यांचे सप्टेंबर २०२१ मध्ये प्रदीर्घ आजाराने व सुमारे तीन वर्षे कोमामध्ये राहिल्यानंतर निधन झाले.
त्यांच्या आजारपणात कुटुंबाला घरी योग्य नर्सिंग व उपशामक काळजी मिळवण्यासाठी येणारा खर्च व अडचणी प्रत्यक्ष अनुभवायला मिळाल्या — आणि हे लक्षात आले की बहुतांश कुटुंबांना अशी काळजी परवडणे शक्य नसते.
हीच सामाजिक जाणीव ठेवून, गरीब व गरजू रुग्णांना व त्यांच्या कुटुंबांना पॅलिएटिव्ह केअर व व्यसनमुक्ती उपचारांच्या माध्यमातून दिलासा देण्याच्या उद्देशाने ही संस्था स्थापन करण्यात आली.
